I usually have soft drinks quite a bit. So that's like 300-600 ml a day >> I really have to stop taking them daily (_ _)/
So what about you guys?

zero, Mineral Water FTW lol.

I do drink a soda from time to time. I've gotten to where I drink more water now because water is better for you. I don't drink soda as much as I use to.

I try to limit my intake of soft drinks and opt for water or other healthier options instead. It can be a difficult habit to break, but I find that making small changes over time can make a big difference in my overall health and well-being. Have you considered gradually reducing your intake or replacing some of your daily soft drinks with other beverages?

I mostly drink Soda when I eat fast food like pizza, hot dogs, and burgers at a restaurant which I go to once a week. I drink more soda in the summer.

;_; yes and I try hard to not to drink more (_ _)/
It's just that the other beverages just can't replace the soft drinks taste ;_;

I can’t drink carbonated beverages anymore. I used to get the 2 liters many years ago but since giving it up, I have found I cannot tolerate the carbonation any longer. I do miss the flavors of pop but you get used to it. I drink either water or herbal caffeine free teas.

I tend to switch between soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee but I could really make an effort to drink fewer soft drinks and drink more water.

Need to get my water intake up so cutting out soft drinks would really help that.
I rather take alcoholic beverages than drink soft drinks and that's what I've been doing for a while.

Taking soft drink is good but because of the too much sugar in it, I have to stop taking soda.

No, I don't take soft drinks. It's either water or home made blended juice. I don't buy those juice with preservatives.
