;_; yes and I try hard to not to drink more (_ _)/I try to limit my intake of soft drinks and opt for water or other healthier options instead. It can be a difficult habit to break, but I find that making small changes over time can make a big difference in my overall health and well-being. Have you considered gradually reducing your intake or replacing some of your daily soft drinks with other beverages?

I rather take alcoholic beverages than drink soft drinks and that's what I've been doing for a while.I tend to switch between soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee but I could really make an effort to drink fewer soft drinks and drink more water.
Need to get my water intake up so cutting out soft drinks would really help that.
