I wonder if they also count internet devices owned by 1 person like Roku, Apple TV, and iPad as a part of the population.
I'm curious as to how they came to this amount. It can't be counting devices, since there are people with multiple devices. Internet subscriptions wouldn't work as well since multiple people usually use the same one.
