CNET's Scott Stein takes a first look at the new iPad Mini.

Looks nice. I think the iPad Mini would be good for people who are looking into switching to Apple, or need to use a few iOS apps, but don't need or can't afford the bigger iPad 3 or 4.

It's basically a bigger ipod with a much bigger price tag. Not worth it.

It is a smaller sized iPad 2 since it uses the same CPU, and internal parts as the iPad 2, but with a smaller case, and screen. It is also cheaper then the iPad 2, and the iPad Mini only cost 30 dollars more at 329.99 then the iPod touch 5th generation which is 299.99.
