So anyone see Iron man 3 yet or plan to?

It was not in my plans but ever since I saw the trailer and a program about it I changed my mind. I want to see it.

I went to see IM3 on the 14th.

I thought that IM3 was a pretty good movie. It had a fair bit more action than either IM1 or 2 and unlike previous movies the action was sustained. So it wasn't like the Monaco scene in IM2 where once Stark's suitcase armour was brought out the fight only lasted a little over a minute (See the clip, Stark gets the suit at 4:25 and the fight is over at 5:46).  Sure it had a few moments where I kind of laughed, but it wasn't amazingly funny. And they made a few nods to previous movies (mostly Avengers though).

They had a somewhat annoying child character during the middle part of the movie which was probably the weakest part of the whole thing. (Stark basically hanging out with this kid, trying to figure out what the big bads were after and sorting through his own issues. And this section just seemed kind of out of place in the movie.)

Also it had a nice mid point plot twist (which I won't spoil).
Definitely worth going to see.

Yup i have seen it and it is awesome..nice story compared to the rest of the 2 movies.

I have not yet seen Iron Man 3. I'm going to the cinema today to watch it! I am really excited, the first two Iron Man movies were so great. Every component of the movies are just great. Robert Downey Jr.'s acting tops it all off. When you see him on the big screen you can definitely tell that he is able to make the character come to life. He is not just acting as Iron Man, but he becomes the egotistic, unique character that is Iron Man. I've heard lots of great things about Iron Man 3, all while avoiding spoilers, so I am eager to see what this movie has to unfold.

Without giving away too much, I was kind of disappointed with IM3.  The way that they portrayed a certain villian was, in my opinion, an injustice to the long standing reputation of one of Tony Stark's oldest, and toughest foes.

Overall, the action sequences were pretty top notch, and I enjoyed the last 30 minutes of the movie.  I would have liked to see more of IP in a combat role, and more about the Extremis power.

Still a decent flick to see if you haven't seen it already.

Really? I think it was a brilliant twist and also a good way to deal with some unfortunate implications that were present in the comic. But to tell anything more would be a spoiler.

I enjoyed this movie. It was some nice, mindless fun, which is good once in a while. Robert Downey Junior is still great, the movie was humorous and full of well-choreographed fighting sequences. I'd definitely recommend it. It's way better than the second Iron Man movie, which was a bit boring, in my opinion. Nothing beats the first one though.

I saw it when it first came out and really enjoyed it.   After being a little disappointed in Iron Man 2, I was glad to see they entertained me again this go round.   Then again, I am a huge fan of Downey Jr, so I pretty much watch and enjoy all of his films.

It was great! Downey Jr. pulled it off once again. His humour and character adds so much to the movie and it just
makes you want to watch more and more of the series and his other movies.

I saw Iron Man 3 the night it came out. I thought it was a super entertaining film, but some of my friends who follow the comics were disappointed. Without spoiling the plot for those of us who haven't seen it yet, it's a great movie as part of the new Marvel movie franchise, but it doesn't stick with the comics in the slightest.

When I grow up, can I become Robert Downey Jr? Please?

I still haven't seen this movie but I liked the other 2 films. I think that RDJ is a great actor and fits this role brilliantly. I'm not big on the comic books so dont know all the ins and outs of the mythology so go into the film with an open mind!
