Is Bowser the toughest character in all of fiction?

Think about it, and think back to some of the things he survived in that video I posted about him.

Can near enough any other fictional character come back after being hurled into the sun or having gone past a black hole's event horizon?

Heck, chance most fictional characters could survive atmospheric re entry to a planet?

He gets defeated a lot, but is Bowser potentially the strongest villain in all of fiction as far as being able to survive everything goes?

Yes, that IS a deadly "something," but we're looking for "someones" who're stronger than Bowser.

Bowser has no equal. The man almost took over an entire galaxy! There is only one other person who actually acomplished that, and he needed the republic.
