Yes, since there is usually very little you can do, but complain that your web hosting is slow or down.

Yeah it is, but even then down time happens to the best of them so they really can't be avoided..

Idk my current webhost hasn't had any downtime,which is amazing seeing as it is a free host and free hosts suck and such.[/sarcasm]
your a on limited luck that will run out. And it is possible your host has gone down when you weren't around.
I feel so bad for those people who use "Invision Free Boards" since they can't even back up their databases.
