Yes, I think it is easier to find stores which sell tablets and smartphones. I sometimes see tablets and smartphones for sale at a local grocery store, drugs store, second hand stores like Pawn shops, supermarkets, and electronic stores. Most cell phones stores also sell tablets as well.
But, desktop, and laptop computers are less common compared to tablets and smartphones, and it seems only bigger stores like Bestbuy, Walmart, and electronics PC stores sell desktops, and laptops.
It's not difficult to find either, but stores that sell laptops and desktops usually sell phones and tablets as well, but not always the other way around.
Indeed, it is usually easy to find both, and places which sells computer and laptops usually sell tablets. But, some stores like Toys R US or Supermarkets with an Electronics section sells Tablets, and Smartphones, but don't sell laptops and desktop computers.
There are probably now more new online stores which sell tablets and smartphones these days since they take up less storage space at home or in a warehouse, and are cheaper to ship around the world to buyer than a full size desktop and laptop which cost more to ship because of the weight and size of the mailing package.
