It is somewhat important to me, but I rarely look at it since I don't really need to keep track of time when I use the computer at the end of the day.
I mainly look at my watch or wall clock for my time.

due to a skin condition, I can't wear a watch. And the wall clock is to far away. So I pretty much depend on my PC's clock.
