For the past month or so, the general thinking around the rumor mill has been that BlackBerry is working on an Android phone. If you can’t beat’em, join’em, right?

Now we’ve got a rough idea of what their first Android handset might look like.

Posted by the endlessly resourceful Evan Blass (aka evleaks), the photo shows a device that appears to have curves on both halves of its display — not unlike Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Edge. It’s said to be called the BlackBerry “Venice”, though that’s likely a codename.

This smartphone looks pretty good.

What are all those holes at the bottom? Is it just the speaker part? I don't know, it looks like an average phone. I want to read more about the actual specs. It's definitely nice to see Blackberry getting their stuff together and trying to get back in the game though.

hmmm, design don't look bad but how does it hold up?
Some Blackberry phones like the Blackberry Passport are more tough, and less likely to break when dropped, so I bet this phone maybe more durable than other smartphones.

This phone will probably have better security than other Android phones because Blackberry is best known for making secure smartphones.
