This is not an opinion poll, it's a fact poll -- there IS a correct answer, as of October 30th
 
Don't tell me, the answer is apparently that we don't know? Well, I should vote yes, just because Waluigi Pinball is in, hence so should he.
 
You don't know if we're wrong either though... Because if you don't know, then how can you know that no is the wrong answer?

The point is that if you don't know, the answer is you don't know. I'm saying this with the response that people are saying he's in the game without proof.

Just so you know, "Waluigi Pinball is in the game" isn't proof.
"He's been in every Mario Kart game since DS" isn't proof.
That means he's likely, but doesn't mean he's definite.
 
Bumping topics that are months old? And then like most people, you're probably like "OMG I didn't know it was old".

If you didn't know it was old, how the HELL do you find the topic? The only way, is to actually go through pages of topics to get to it. I mean, if it was on the first page, and somehow was in the middle of recent topics, that'd make sense, but... seriously, people somehow find topics that are months or years old, and somehow "I didn't realise it was that old".
