Are there any jobs out there that you all know of that are in the IT field but its similar to the forum in a sense I am an Administrator (specifically) just for an Application program or software? an example I found was Web Support or IT Application Administrator are there any more out there?

No idea what the job role would be called but I'm sure there is a job out there for managing websites that are developed using content management systems like WordPress

I was doing that in a sense before my recent promotion, it was product tech support. I had Project Manger (bascially admin rights) status and managed a student services website, often taking tickets to update information, look into issues and help end user issues with their PC not working right via chat and email/ticket system and eventually phones... (bleh!).

So there is jobs out there like that. Many may fall under generic tech support roles.

Kind of a mixture of both, but most of the stuff I took care of was change passwords/emails or in a nice way telling them they were stuipd for using the wrong link.

Job started to suck when I had to do support over the phone :squint:

Hope I don't get the phone bit lol

It sucks but a good skill to have.
Sorry this might sound a bit weird and strange networking (cables checking networks fixing network issue etc) is a very challenging career move for me at the moment even Help Desks have it here

Long as you can figure out how the network is working and can google you will be fine.

An issue I dealt with last month, got a ticket about someone not getting internet. So I went up to his office, our network works with an internet wire running from the wall into a phone, with a second internet cable leading into their computer or dock setup. I had to figure out and narrow down where the internet was being killed at and after some playing around I figured out the internet port on the dock was bad, swapping out the dock with another restored the connection.
