Welcome GF gamers to another month and that means a new video game contest. This months prize will be any online video gaming shop game you want! (PSN, eshop, live, steam). This contest will end on July 29th 11:59PM CST USA.

Now for the contest this month will be, a video game caption contest! I will post a image and you must come up with a witty/cleaver/funny caption text for it. In order to be able to post a caption response, you must first complete a requirement. Each Friday night of July I will post another pic and a requirement for that pic and at the end you must hold the most votes. If there is a tie there will be a sudden death round.

The way this works is I make a topic which you post your entry posts after meeting the requirement, then the GF members must vote for the best one here which voting opens up near the end of the contest. If you want to vote you must have 25 posts on GF and no warning.

Ok, so what you want is for us to pick the video games to write about, or are you going to give us them?
 
I'm gone half the month, work for about 40 hours the weeks I don't, and then the little time I have left to hang out with friends.
 
I'll tone it down to 300 words, but keep in mind here people that you are entering a chance for a free game which most people will go for $60. Not to mention 500 words is nothing, It's 20 mins of work at best.

It actually takes a bit more that 20 mins :p

But yeah, its a contest, its suppose to be for fun. You would be investing much more time if it were an arcade contest or a posting contest where you aren't sure if you could win either.
 
I wasn't complaining 0.o I was actually saying that the initial 500 words was fine 0.o Its a contest, its not suppose to be easy. In the first contest I took part in I spent like 2 hours in the arcade everyday for a week and still lost :p

As for writing, the average person writes at 30 wpm, which would take them nearly 20 mins just to type something they already have in mind.

An article would take much longer since there is research involved. You have to find the information, verify the information, type it in your own words, rinse and repeat.
 
As long as I only have to do this for this week ill write the stuff I guess.





Also coming up with a funny caption is harder for me since I haven't even played TWEWY, I think it should at least be something that is from sole observation.
