Multi Just Cause 4 leaks again

Just Cause 4 has now leaked twice. An ad served through Steam (via Kotaku) shows promotional art with a call to pre-order. This is the second retailer listing hinting at the existence of the game, after Walmart spilled the beans on several games with placeholder pages for several unannounced games last month.

Will they hold off until E3 or just announce it before because of the leaks like a couple other titles have done so?

I personally think that they will continue to leak spoilers until the E3 reveal. This will mean that they are going to have a huge fan base by the time E3 rolls around.
