Considering how bad I thought JC3 was, I don't think I will ever get this game unless I have a good reason to

I'm not familiar with this that's why I need to read some reviews just to barely know the game well. As of now, I'm attracted on the cover photo of Just Cause 4 and it looks like amazing to play because it is a shooting game I guess. I will try the first games in the series before this game will be released.
