Yep, I was right apparently, they are introducing an alternate form for it in Pokemon Black and White 2:
Apparently it's called the Resolution forme.

So that's two to four new Kyurem forms (depending on if the charged versions count as seperate), new genie/kami trio forms and a new Keldeo form...
