The Kingdom Hearts franchise has reached an incredible level of popularity and could arguably be one of Square Enix's most successful franchises, next to Final Fantasy. So when a Kingdom Hearts game is revealed to Japan, it's almost inevitable that an English version will eventually follow. The most recent addition to the Kingdom Hearts family -- Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep -- is heading to Sony's PSP, but no official word has come from Square Enix on the game's U.S. launch. An unlikely hint has emerged from Jesse McCartney's Twitter account (via Joystiq).
McCartney, who has provided voice work for previous Kingdom Hearts games (including Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days), mentioned on his Twitter that he is in the process of recording another Kingdom Hearts title. This could only be Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, as no other Kingdom Hearts game would realistically be in the localization process at this time. IGN contacted Square Enix representatives for an official comment, but no one could be reached at the time this article was written.

I hope he is twittering the truth.
