Amazon's just-announced Kindle Fire HD LTE, which sells for $499 and begins shipping on November 20, has a killer feature that has nothing to do with its hardware or software. For $49.99 per year, Amazon is offering a data plan that gives users 250MB of data per month, 20GB of Amazon cloud storage (which normally costs $10 per year), and a $10 Amazon app store credit.

49.99 a year for 250MB of monthly data sounds good for people who want to use their Kindle Fire HD 4G LTE to check e-mail, browse the internet, and stream a few short standard quality YouTube videos when they are away from home, and don't have access to Wi-Fi.

Not bad for general uses, bad for the heavy users. How much does it cost if you go over the limit?

No idea, I bet they just slow you down to dial-up speed, or cut you off until next month 250MB since ATT might not have your billing info since the 50 dollars a year sounds like a pre-paid plan which you can buy at Amazon with an Amazon Giftcard.

The bundle 20GB of Amazon cloud storage (which normally costs $10 per year), and a $10 Amazon app store credit also sounds like a good deal.
