Lucasarts' Kinect-powered Star Wars game is slated for a release next year if recent comments from Microsoft's Kudo Tsunoda are to be believed.
Speaking to the BBC at the launch of Kinect in the UK, Tsunoda said "I've seen a bunch of the game and it's super compelling... I think you could just easily imagine being a Jedi and using Kinect to make you feel you're part of a Star Wars experience, building yourself up into a Jedi."
The Kinect: Star Wars demo was an impressive part of the line-up when Microsoft fully revealed the motion controller at this year's E3, seemingly allowing players to wield lightsabers and utilise the force with simple body movements. There have been no further details since the event in June.
Kinect's launch line-up has been met with a strong critical response and excited scenes as it's launched across the globe, with customers queuing into the night at stores on London's Oxford Street to get their hands on the device.
