Well the naming don't make much sense, but Square Enix just announced at Sony's TGS Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 which is another collection game series following the other two collections.
KH HD II.8 contains an HD remaster of the Nintendo 3DS title Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
It will also contain a completely new HD theater cinematic called Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover. Plus a short brand new Kingdom Hearts playable episode called Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep -A Fragmentary Passage- which appears to be focusing on Aqua.
The game is due out in 2016 for the PlayStation 4.
