Last game over/death/life lost in a video game?

Since there was already a thread like this on Nintendo 3DS Central, why not post one here? So share the last time you got done in in a video game! You could (it's just a suggestion!) also be a bit detailed on your loss, if you want!

So, for me, the last time I kicked the bucket was while playing The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons Special Tiger Edition: Died against Syger, Mini-Boss of Level 5: Unicorn's Dungeon during a Cursed Ring Run, where Sword damage is reduced by half, and damage taken is DOUBLED!

At the time of this post, I've worked up a collective 36 deaths (And counting)!

I died once in my playthrough of Turok on my Series S. I've barely played this game before, I grew up playing the sequel and third game more. I'm sure I'm going to die a bunch more times lol. Unlike the second and third games, the first game respawns enemies when you least expect it. I'm glad they changed that in the sequels.
