I'll be travling to a town 2 hours a way this summer for a convention, only thing I have planned.

I have a pit bull. That particular breed is banned in some places because the breed has a bad rap of being "vicious" or "mean". Mine is spoiled rotten but she's definitely not any of those.
We don't travel too far anymore. & then, we stayed in our homestate of Michigan. Went up north to the Upper Peninsula. We found there were plenty to see & do that was much closer. It saved us gas & time. Plus, sometimes we would take day trips. A nice break from the mundane routine.
