Well, since the 3DS sales for the UK and Europe in general were released, but not the sales figures for in the US, an interesting forum game could be predicting how well the 3DS sold over there.
So with 113 000 in the UK and 300 000 odd in Europe during the opening weekend, I'm going to guess the US, which tends to be more fans of 'new', somewhat gimmicky ideas in consoles (the Nintendo 64 and Gamecube for example apparently sold best there, as did many 3D Mario games), would probably have opening weekend sales of 500 000 to 600 000.
