I've been thinking about this, but how long can all these lock downs, stay at home and business remain close for? Sure we can reopen and go back to normal as soon as there is no more signs of the coronavirus, but all it takes is just one infected person to reappear to make all this panic happen again.

Do you think all this madness will last till a cure can be found, which experts believe it can hopefully be ready in a year?

Well I think even without the vaccine, eventually many people will get some natural immunity to the virus like the flu as some people can co-exist and carry the virus with little to no effect at all to his/her own body (with no symptoms at all ) and probably (hopefully not) it is going to become seasonal...

how long till they gain that immunity though?

that's the question indeed, "the herd immunity conundrum" will definitely take time and many deaths in the process. finding the vaccine asap is still definitely the best solution.

There is a risk of the Coronavirus outbreak filling up most of the local hospital if there is not currently a lockdown. Many places don't have enough face masks, ventilators, and other medical supplies to treat the Coronavirus patients, and other sick patients who may need a ventilator, face mask, and bed/

I read news articles some big cities like New York need the Army to build more hospital rooms to treat Coronavirus victims, so if the lockdown is lifted I feel more people will get sick and die from the Coronavirus and other sicknesses.

There are small business vanishing from this, others like my dad going crazy from unable to leave the house and do something.

Probably that could be the case
I don't see any other way for us to go back to our daily life . I don't like this at all but we need to accept it.

True the ripple effect is just as deadly.

Your dad not into video games at all?

So what game is he playing?

Classic games (mario, bomberman, pinball) that were ported over to GBA being played via a GBA player on Gamecube.

My hope is that the lockdown has the same effect it had in China and South Korea. Then we can go back to our normal life... Hopefully!

our government is being way too dumb, if we had done a nation to state to town boarder lock down, we be nearing the end of this.

just got word about a week ago on Monday that I'm not under complete lockdown from my job, but my work is placed on hold until further notice. doesn't mean I'm laid off, or fired, but "until further notice". So... my first week staying indoors mainly (of course go out with a purpose, grocery store for food) have been quite productive. But then again, I completely forgot about entertainment.... haha

guess I'll do some reading or drawing. something that doesn't involve a screen. I can only do 1-2 hours of gaming now
