Ever lose a board game piece? How did you make up for it being gone?

Yep we've lost our fair share of board game pieces throughout the years. Sometimes we would replace it with a coin, or end up throwing out the game because we lost too many pieces.

I know we would use odds and ends like golf teas to replace pieces with.
