I think the Madcatz Mojo is the best Google Android console if you are willing to pay $250 since it uses the Nvidia Tegra 4 CPU, has 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, and the controller is great. It also has full Google Play access, and you can install the Amazon App store for Android on Mojo as well.
