Malice is a 2025 show created by James Wood. It's about a guy named Adam getting revenge on a wealthy family that screwed him over. Or, at least, that's what I understood.
I'll be blunt, Malice is bad. The plot and characters really do not have a sense of cohesion or structure. The final episode especially just ends.
The writing, when it's not boring or obtuse, can get especially wasteful. There's at least one entire plotline that goes nowhere, and I'm not entirely confident that it's the only plot point that gets abandoned.
I'm also not really a fan of the characters. The main cast was honestly dull, and I couldn't really say that I liked watching anyone.
The actors/actresses themselves were perfectly fine, it's just the writing. This show suffers from a cluster of tension-less scenes and mildly amusing discussions that never went anywhere.
