Sega has announced that the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games will be released on 18 November, 2011 in the UK and 15 November in the US. That's a good nine months before the actual summer games open in July 2012.
The third iteration of the mini-game series cocontains new events, like football and horse riding. And it also comes in special box that replaces the usual white Wii borders with yellow.
A 3DS version of the game is coming a little bit later – look for that one in February 2012.
