So I am currently playing Mario Odyssey and even not a week in yet and... I'm about half-way into it with all moons needed to go to the final boss apparently. The game does take me back to the good old days of Mario 64, but I can't help but to ask, who dropped the ball on the Moon collecting idea?
You so much as breath in this game and you get a moon, while gathering the band in Donk City and I was getting a moon per band member and I was like, why?! Moons fix things or allow you to progress, they shouldn't be so easy to gather. In 64, sunshine and galaxy, you had to work damn hard to get the achievement pieces, not most handed to you on a silver platter.
Odyssey is a great game, but I'm not sure what the developers weren't thinking on that.
