I sort of agree with you. If they just didn't move all together in that one vehicle thing, I probably would play it. I won't be playing MP10 anytime soon.
 
I'm not planning on getting it because I don't have Wii U. I have Mario Party games on other systems, however. I enjoy the ones I have. The graphics look as cartoonish as ever, it seems. I would probably like to play a little of it as a demo in a store to try it out but even if I had Wii U I'm not sure whether or not I'd buy it.
 
I believe the formula they are using for 10 (9's engine) is fine and adding Bowser to the mix sounds even better (5 player support).
The only problem I have with this is I predict all the maps to use the Captain's vehicle and that gets stale pretty early.  It was a wonderful
concept but I just think IMO that running around the board in all different directions to try and get the star is just a more random chaotic adventure.
