Where's a "not car" board map? I didn't see any. Except for that one part with Peach, but that looks like a mini-game.

Really? I though that one part with Peach was on a board. Didn't look much like a mini game to me.

Check out 0:30 of the trailer. Same character boxes as with the car, except Peach is jumping around in a cave with spaces. I think they show a brief board there.

I think after 8 instalments, we're going to have to be prepared for a few repeats here and there. I agree though, if we get ANOTHER desert theme, snow theme and cave theme all in one, I'll be angry.

A cool looking forest board map would be pretty awesome, however. Do keep in mind though, Dolphin, that although they're both caves, this new cave in MP9 certainly looks a lot better visually. I mean, the background objects look really cool.

My favorite board was Pagoda Peak from MP7.It was fun,creative,and original.They need more boards like that.I also liked wiggler's Garden in MPDS and the tree one in MP6

Drybones is an NPC in that mini game. (Probably to block the paths of the Players)

It seems odd, Dry Bones being scrapped. Ever since MP6, they've just constantly appended to the existing character list, rather than scrapping anybody. Now would be an odd time to do it. I have faith we'll see a Dry Bones soon, however.

Thats what i always looked forward to most in a new Mario Party,the two new characters.It makes me sad theyre scrapping some.
 
I am really looking forward to this. Will it still work on regular Wii?
