Mario Party Failures?

Pretty much a topic to post faIlures about Mario Party.
Such as you not getting any stars, you being extremely close to winning, but losing, ETC.
For me, it was on Mario Party DS.
You know those annoying hidden blocks that can give coins or stars?
So Luigi (was it?) rolled first at the very start of the round. He got a 1, hey, no big deal. He finds a hidden block. Guess what's inside before you read on.















A star.

He gets a STAR before anyone plays a minigame. What the hell.

Now i and probably 2 more people await your (un)epic failures.

Chance time is great, ya know. Great and terrible.

Those were basically why I won or failed in those slim chances.

ok i was playing with my sister on mario party 7 as yoshi. she rolls a 23 (super mushroom) and then she lands on a bowser jr space 1 space from the star only to be sprung towards the beginning only to have mario get 2 stars in the next turn!

Also on the same game luigi gets tornadoed next to a star and gets it.

mario party 2. western land turn 23/25 i am 3 spaces from the star, i get a 1 and a ? space. i get trained back to the start!

• I only remember a Minigame incident in Mario Party 7. The Minigame was "Gimme a Sign", and I'm playing with the Brutal CPU outta boredom. At the very end, the CPU finally fell, and "FINISH!" shown, and I couldn't control Mario anymore. I had Mario at the very edge of the log...and a second or two after the "FINISH!" text disappeared, Mario fell. I didn't win the Minigame, it was labeled as a tie...friggen Mario.

Just recently in the infamous MP9 Blooper stage I was ON FIRE, winning all events and mini games I was ahead by a LONG shot, there was no way in hell I could lose this one being just like 10 spaces away from the boss. Then all hell broke lose and somehow I manage to be with nothing but 3 mini stars on me, failing my first ever stage in MP9. #*@#^$*^#@*&#&@# >.<

heres another. on mario party 8, i was on goomba's booty boardwalk and i was 4 spaces from the star. i get a 1, get a ? space and went back to start only to have it happen (later on) a second time!! all in 10 turns!

I just lost 42 ministars on magma mine from the ****ing lava

I felt like throwing my wii remote

Everything that makes you lose half, should make you lose 10 instead!
