Mega Man Star Force is fine and all, but do you find yourself missing the Battle Network series? Then Capcom has just the game for you! The company announced today the DS's next Mega Man game. In Japanese, the game's name is Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star. Switch everything to their English language equivalents, and you get Mega Man Battle Network Operation Shooting Star.
That's right, it's a new entry in the Mega Man Battle Network series! Almost. Capcom is actually remaking the very original Game Boy Advance Mega Man Battle Network game.
The company said to expect some "plus alpha" content, which is Japanese code for extra stuff. While it hasn't shared specifics, it did release artwork showing the Battle Network and Star Force Mega Man characters together. Looks like we can expect a crossover!
