Been aching to take the blue bomber on the go with your Switch? Good news, a release date has been announced for current collections. Today it was announced that both collections will release on May 22nd 2018 which you can buy them digitally for $15 USD and $20 USD, respectively or $40 at retail.
The switch release will come with a few extras, it will have an added Challenge Mode, offering remixed stages and the opportunity to compete in an online leaderboard. Other new features for the Switch version include a Sound mode, which lets you listen to the games' soundtracks, and a Museum Mode that offers a collection of "rare and insightful development archives."
Since its on switch, it will also have Amiibo compatibility meaning you can use the standard or gold Mega Man amiibo to unlock fan-made challenges that were previously only available on the 3DS version.
