Japan got ripped off this time. No Peace Walker for them. Then again, no Metal Gear Solid for us, but since it not an HD update, I don´t care. :D
 
I have a feeling that was a misprint and they do get peace walker as well as the japanese boxart has peace walker on it I am sure.
 
oh fuck. I meant to say ONLY the "overseas" edition(implying everywhere outside Japan) has the "Peace Walker" MGS game and I said "too bad they cant play the game in Japanese"
hm. ._.
 
An updated note, here in Uk we get a super collectors edition for like £70 that has even more goodies, Dunno if you guys get it or not and it's only for PS3 version, link Inc.

America has a tendency to NOT get Japanese games that have Collector´s Edition. Only Europe, like Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep for example.
 
Bearing in mind Japan probably doesn't get a lot of special editions of American games, I can't imagine Gears of War collectors edition would have much sway on the Japanese public. It's culture thing and I think both companies just can't see a great deal of benefit coming from an overseas release of a collector's edition
 
I think it is just Britain that is getting it as zavi is or at least was a UK store, it is their decision, Imagine they are paying a lot to have this manufactured for them in the hopes they might increase sales.
