SOFTWARE HOUSE Microsoft has run up the white flag and is developing its mobile Office suite for Android and IOS. Sources close to The Verge have revealed that the company will release versions of the mobile Office software, which now is only available on Windows Phone 8, for Android and IOS in early 2013.

Hopefully, MS Office for Android and iOS would cost about the same as other office apps which are free like Google Docs/Drive, or cost 15 dollars like QuickOffice Pro for Google Android.
It is good to see that Microsoft is making more of its software available for non-Windows operating systems like iOS, Android, and Mac OS X.
