I also like that you can connect your Facebook, Twitter, Google, and other social networks to Outlook.com to interact with your friendls on social network. The Web based Skype video chat also looks useful for people who don't want to install Skype on their PC, but still want to go online to Skype with people with the Outlook.com Skype video chat.
Outlook looks better then Hotmail.
