Microsoft has been increasingly focusing on developing apps and services for rival platforms and the Arrow Launcher is one such app that it has released rather quietly for Android devices. As the name suggests it’s a launcher for Android which provides users with a different and personalized experience on their devices. The launcher is currently in beta stage so there’s work to be done before it’s released to the public.
Third party launchers for Android devices change the entire home screen and app drawer experience, that’s precisely what Arrow does. It even replaces the stock app icons for Phone and Messages which launchers usually don’t modify.
I also don't see it taking off, and being popular because there are already a lot of Android Launchers which are out.
Arrow launcher maybe popular if MS promotes it with a lot of ads online, on TV, and magazines like how MS promotes Windows and Xbox, but I don't think MS will promote this launcher like how they promote Windows, and Xbox.
