I recently heard Microsoft updated their strike enforcement policy, to help encourage people to report bad behavior of others playing the xbox, and to help make it clearer on what happens when you get a strike against your account.

Little weird that they included punishing people by including not being able to make purchases, if you cap out the strikes. But I guess it makes sense to give an update on how long the strikes against your account will keep you from playing online, and that the strikes against the account disappear after 6 months.
I never had an issue with getting strikes while playing online on the xbox, but then again, I never been much of a player that liked to use my microphone while playing.
