So I realize that this forum has a lot of other games, and gaming consoles but they don't actually talk about specific games so I figured i'd just do that. Has anyone ever heard of? ...Lol that would be crazy! As anyone ever played Minecraft? or is playing Minecraft?

If so when did you start playing? How do you like it?
I've been playing Minecraft since around 2011 and I really like it. I haven't really been playing online very much, but its cool to do so. My favorite activity is also random exploring.

What about you guys any minecrafters here?

I don't really play it too much anymore.. but I had played since Alpha.. I remember when the only things we could do was walk around with plops of dirt.. then we finally were able to make wooden tools.. then mobs came.. and health bars.. and pvp..

I started playing Minecraft back in 2011 when it was still relatively new and Notch was not a millionaire. I still go back to it time to time. Admittedly, I have sunk more than 100 hours into this game and still can't get enough of it. Did I tell you that once you get the hang off it, it's really addicting?

I started playing Minecraft when it was in Alpha, I remember I watched a lot of gameplay videos to decide if to buy the game or not. I have liked every change that Minecraft has had and I can't wait to see what else they add, we are almost in version 2.0! :P

I just picked up minecraft recently, it seems the more I explore the more I discover so I'm digging it. It is really addicting, at first I had no idea what I was doing and then suddenly I was underground for hours and hours at a time mining and searching for mineshafts. I didn't understand the appeal of it at first either. But once you really get into it, it becomes an adventure all your own and you can create almost anything.

I started playing Minecraft back in 2012. My brother introduced me to the game and I thought it was one of the best games ever. When I first started playing, it took me a while to figure out. Also, I used to play the game for hours and I would never get tired of playing it.

I started playing Minecraft at the start of 2013. It's a really nice fun game with a lot of exploring to do. I like to have separate game plays so usually have a creative map where I create my dream fortress. Then I have a second map which is the more classic survival mode.

I did fall out of playing it for a few months although the past few weeks i have got back into it. It's easy to get really into it and the world you're in.

I've been playing minecraft for about 3 years on and off now. It's a lot of fun and the amount of creativity you can use is astounding. I love building a giant base out of materials that are really hard to find it is so satisfying once you finish it. Also I used to do some sprite art of cartoon characters using the different blocks in the game. I highly recommend this game to anyone with an imagination, it is definitely worth it!

I've been a big fan of Minecraft ever since it released in Alpha! I'm still playing the game today. I'm actually sort of getting bored of it though because I've finished almost all of my projects. I've done many EXP farms and mob spawners, which are typcially what I like to do. I've also participated in a lot of PVP matches. Now that I've done everything, I'm looking for something new to try out. Any ideas?

I've played Minecraft for a while, but only started getting really into it just last year. I mostly game on the PC and Xbox, so that is what I play it on. I do prefer the PC when I'm in a more competitive mood, however, because of the modding that is able to be done. Besides that, I love playing on servers and competing in hunger games and factions and such. Which, I do recommend to burtpovski, above me! Servers are very fun. Minrcraft, as a game, seems almost limitless with all the mods and creations that the game is capable of, as long as its users are willing to take it that far!

I haven't played Minecraft that much... tried it for a few days and had some fun with it, but I quickly became bored. I guess it would of been much more fun if any of my friends would of agreed to play with me.
I feel like this is one of those games that I like watching more than playing ... there are some great channels on youtube like the yogscast who are uploading some very entertaining minecraft videos.

I used to be addicted about a year ago.  I now and then play it to waste time between games.  Having such a backlog now though, Minecraft just seems like a waste of time.  Fun though.

I got really hooked on Minecraft a few months ago, and me and my friends would play it all the time. I think that it eventually faded away because of us losing ideas on what to build or make. I'm sure I'll be playing it again once it comes out for the Xbox One, however.
