It does.
But most of the time, that option doesn't work. So we need to take out wet clothes.

I remember reading about a washing machine which require a user to step on a peddle to spin the washing machine. The foot power washing machine look good for people who can't afford electricity or has unreliable electricity.

But that would be a pain. I finally got rid of this mini washing machine. I got the new one with top load

Not really sure.
Mini washing machines aren't popular here. So all those models got the same issue.
