You can use them as avatars but please for the love of GOD don't claim as your own or you I will have you reported to the admins. Anyways I'll try to make more as soon as I get my lazy butt in gear also I plan to do the mother of all gif animations using these and other gif animations I got stored in my pc.
Also I'll be doing some gif animations of other things if your not a big fan of Megaman like I am.
Technically, we wouldn't do anything but remove the avatar, and ask that they do not do it again. Though continual ignorance of our requests will result in a ban, or at the least, losing the ability to have an avatar/sig. I do not see a no ripping rule. I shall talk with Demon_Skeith about it.

kind of a universal unwritten code that you don't break. but I've been meaning to give the rules around here a bit of a redo and polishing so I will work on that.

Actually there is a rule about no ripping in the GF rules.
