Most common problems you have when using Windows operating systems?

I don't get a lot of problems with Windows, but I mostly get "Program Not Responding" or freezing problems where Windows become very slow for some weird reason.

I get that error a lot, of a sudden things just start freezing up left and right and remain that way for a few minutes.

"Not Responding" errors are pretty annoying since I can't click on shortcuts, sometimes all the shortcuts on my desktop disappear for a few minutes, Task manager does not work, but worst is when my mouse freezes meaning nothing works.

It sometimes happen when I visit certain websites with a lot of Flash videos, flash games, Java stuffs, or scripts which freezes.

recently, i noticed that i can't create a new folder as the option had disappeared.. but yeah, i get lots of those "program not responding" errors. i really hate freezing and the like.
