Moving Houses in Animal Crossing

I have plans for how my town will look in animal crossing new leaf, but the villager's homes aren't in the right spots is there a way i can move there houses?

Would be an interesting feature, but I don't believe you can do that.

No, there is no way to do that, only in the GCN version you could do that hacking the game.

Annoy them so they move out?
That's the only way I can think of..

I would kick them out of my town stealing there money as the move out. Then i would live with PEOPLE and finaly get some peace
