Microsoft has stated the recent reports detailing the price and launch details of its upcoming Project Natal motion camera are wrong.
Senior regional director Neil Thompson recently told GI.biz during an event in Europe the company is still ironing out final decisions for the peripheral, which is expected to launch late next year.
"They weren't accurate, they were rumors," Thompson said. "I've got nothing more to say about it. He continued, "We're still very much in the baking on Natal and there's a lot of things to get decided on it."
The rumored report, which originated on UK website MCV, stated Natal was to launch in November 2010 for the price of $80 dollars. 14 titles were also expected to be ready for the camera's launch.
