Some easy questions to start with, I imagine they're saving some of the more important ones until it gets closer to launch. (Like the exact launch date...)

But I'm also wondering if they've have that day one patch installed by default. (I ask because they recently bumped the clock speed on the GPU up 53Hz so that means they're still in production and could easily enough make that change while they're at it so that all new xboxes get the latest firmware version.)

Not all Xbox Live Arcade games on the One will have a demo like the 360 does, that's a shame.
