I know it can.But I'm getting just a BIT annoying to keep losing to people cheating to get GOLDEN PARTS.
BECAUSE IF IT'S GOLDEN IT MUST BE SOOOO IMPORTANT.

So if you won fair and square, would that make you happy to obtaining gold parts? If you don't give a shit about gold parts, then whats the point in complaining in losing?

I don't understand gold parts, but I understand the losing on unfair terms. I understand why you're pissed off that people are cheating, but I don't see why gold parts are important. That's why I say you should just stick with single player because 95% of the time the CPU's don't cheat. At least I'm sure they won't use glitches anyway.

Spotpass has never updated anything, you're referring to a system update. It's not like they can just fix it with DLC, either. DLC is for adding new content to the game, which they said they weren't going to do. A DLC (or "update") to modify a game that is not part of the system itself wouldn't exactly be an easy thing to do.

Ok, I can understand that you might be frustrated cause of the glitch and Nintendo's incapacity to deal with it. But now bringing Honey Q and Wiggler to the discussion makes no sense at all. They are not broken, you just don't like them that is all, which have no valid point to argue about them here. I too hate the way the Big N is handling the glitch issue but what can I do? Let's make a Petition Online, that is as far as we can go.

MKWii had dozens of these.
Also, when I play online, most of the times such course is chosen, I still win, even with people using the trick.
You're saying the WHOLE game is bad just because there's a problem with one track. There are plenty of other ones which are a lot more popular between players.

You think just because you're an "Expert racer" you can bash on a middle-skilled one and tell him you win all the time, even WITHOUT the glitch?
Dude. Nobody likes this glitch. It's damn near impossible to beat a race when everybody else uses it and you don't.

They are not broken, they are just poor choices as playable characters. There are PLENTY of better Nintendo characters:

Jr, Dry Bowser, Dry Bones, Kamek, Diddy Kong, Spiny, Hammer Bros, heck even the flying Question block is better.

You do remember that Wiggler WAS a playable character in a past few mario games. (Referring to Mario Power Tennis and Mario Super Sluggers). I say Wiggler is a fine choice for Mario Kart since the character's already appeared as playable in two games. Why not another?
I don't mind Honey Queen at all either. Why? I have Lakitu since there's no Hammer Bro.

The glitch is unfair as shit,and I don't give a single CRAP if you say "UMG I CUN BEAT IT WITH PPL USING THE GLITH I'M SO CUL!!!111!"
MKWii wasn't that bad.Infact,with,I hardly SAW any of these glitches.
MK7 gave the gigantic glitch,and,surprise surprise,people used it 24/7.
It got REALLY annoying.The whole ONLINE aspect is RUINED because of this glitch.
