A Rockford, Ill.-based developer and owner of a Dubuque West End shopping center has filed a civil suit regarding a previous lease held by a national video-game retailer, claiming the store owes close to $30,000 in rent and other fees.

In early September, Rubloff Development Group, based in Rockford, filed a lawsuit versus Gamestop Inc. in Dubuque District Court.

bascilly after gamestop bought out EB games, I guess they failed to pay rent and other fees. I wonder if they did this in any other city?
 
lol And EB Games was actually always GameStop, just different name. They finally decided to change the name so as to not confuse people.
