It's fine, apart from the text again, lol...I find the font dull and never seems to go with your sig style.

For text, which seems like the area you stick out on a bit, go for a darker gray color, like the attachment, see how the text blends, yet it sticks out, work on putting that to where you want to draw the persons attention. You can work with transparency levels a bit one way or the other. What program do you use?

Microsoft WordArt on word can make font have some cool effects.
