Hit me freaking hard! Got it Friday, Friday night (12 hours after shot) I had diarrhea, extreme chills and then a strong heat flash fever. Barely slept as well, been a long day >_<

See.....my hubby was the opposite. He had the chills and what felt like a low grade fever when he got the 1st shot. When he went back to get the 2nd shot, he was fine.

I had a sore spot where they gave me the shot for a day or two afterwards. But they tell you that you can take a tylenol to help with that.

Glad I got it on my second and not first, didn't want to risk this again. What annoyed me the most was my heart racing the entire time and not letting me fall asleep >_<

That's not good to hear. Hope you feel better soon. My second shot is still a little bit away, nearer to the end of the month. I remember you mentioned it somewhere but when did you get your first shot?

I'm sorry. Can you take any tylenol or anything like that?

Not supposed to, but said fuck it and took one tylenol pill so I could get what I needed to do done on Sat.

Three weeks ago.

Hopefully, you feel better by now, and get some rest.

I got my second Covid shot a few days ago, and my arm hurt for a few days.

I took both my shots back in the spring. My first shot was at the beginning of March and my second shot was at the end of March. The only thing I had was a sore arm for a day or two afterwards so it just felt like I had gotten another flu shot.

I hope you are feeling better by now, @Demon_Skeith

Ah okay. I think they started giving out second doses quicker. For me, I have a 8 week wait for the Pzifer vaccine which is why it's still a little while away.

I am, but now allergies are kicking my butt. *insert upside smile face*

Why so long?

Over here, they only recently started giving out the vaccines 3-4 weeks after the first shot. Before that, the recommended period between the 2 shots was around 8 weeks.

I'm glad I delayed the second shot until after my little trip. Would have been awful to get your symptoms whilst I was on holiday

I would have hated being sick while on vacation as well. Unless I'm just having a stay-cation. Then it doesn't affect how I feel while I"m at work and I don't have to feel like crap and still have to go to work on top of that. I'd get to stay home and relax while the symptoms pass.
