Heya folks! I wanted to make a fan picture that supports Nintendo3DSCommunity, so I was going to do it on Flash, but my laptop became laggy and slow all of a sudden and I couldn't do anything! So, I had to resort to the default program, Paint to draw this Piece of work, I call it:-

I see it in anime alot. Ash from Pokemon has them on his cheeks. It just indicates texture, really. (Or a dirty face :I)

the n on the shirt is backwards lol, but still its nice. better then what i can do in paint, cant use it at all....

This makes me feel even worse about my skills in Paint, heh. I think I'll stick to kiddy cartoon styles. Looks pretty cool though, especially for Paint; kind of wonder how better it would look in Flash or something.

It would probably look more scruffy since I get shakey when I use Flash lol
